Information we use

Google sign-in provides your account identifier, name, email address, and profile picture. We use this to authenticate you and separate your account data. We store the planner entries, earnings, products, brands, campaigns, tasks, profile information, photos, community activity, messages, and notification preferences you choose to provide. Push notification subscriptions identify a browser or device. Necessary cookies keep you signed in; browser storage remembers appearance and setup choices.

Purpose and visibility

We use this information to operate your workspace, save entries, display progress, deliver enabled reminders, and support community features. Your planner is private to your account. Joining the Board or sharing cards exposes the profile and activity you choose to share to the relevant app audience. Community discussions, replies, net vote totals, and the profile attached to your contributions are visible to signed-in creators. Individual vote choices, saved discussions, and reports are private. Circle members and direct message recipients can see what you send them and may save copies. Review sharing settings before posting sensitive information.

Service providers and integrations

Render hosts the app and database. Google provides sign-in. Browser push services deliver enabled notifications. These providers process information needed to operate those services under their own terms and privacy notices. We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising. TikTok Shop authorization and automatic affiliate order or commission imports are not currently implemented; manually entered or imported product data remains subject to this notice. Any future integration will require an updated notice and appropriate authorization.

Retention and deletion

We keep saved account information while you use the service until you delete it or request removal. In Settings & help you can download a planner backup or permanently delete your account. Deletion removes active account data, shared content, device subscriptions, and direct conversations. Deleted forum contributions become anonymous empty placeholders so other creators’ replies can remain connected. Your votes, saved-discussion records, and reports are removed. Circles you own close and their content is removed. Minimal pseudonymous account keys are retained to block old sessions and delayed requests from recreating deleted data. We retain those security records as needed for that protection. Signing in again creates an empty workspace.

Copies you download or others save remain outside our control. Provider backups, when enabled, may retain deleted information until their recovery period expires; restored data must have deletions reapplied before use. We do not promise immediate erasure from provider backups or operational logs. Operational records may be retained for security, troubleshooting, or obligations that apply to us.

Your choices and contact

You can edit your saved information, change community visibility, disable notifications, export your planner, delete your account, or contact mjpeyton25@gmail.com for access, correction, deletion, retention questions, or other privacy requests. We may verify account ownership before acting. Revoking Google access alone does not delete saved app data. The app is intended for adults.

Security and changes

Access controls and hosting safeguards help protect data, but no system is completely secure. This is a staging service under active development. We will update this notice when practices change and communicate material changes through the app where appropriate.
