What is Creator’s Deck?
Creator’s Deck brings your content plans, daily posting goals, earnings records, product organization, and creator community into one workspace. It helps you focus on consistent effort and see your progress over time.
Who is Creator’s Deck for?
It is built for affiliate creators, including TikTok Shop affiliates, who want a clearer daily workflow. You can also plan content and record earnings across platforms such as Amazon, Facebook, Mavely, and Trybe.
Do I need a ChatGPT account?
No. The standalone Creator’s Deck app uses Google sign-in. Use the same Google account each time to access your saved workspace.
Where should I begin?
Start with a manageable posting goal, add your next few content tasks, and put upcoming sample or campaign deadlines on the calendar. Record your earnings as they become available. You can explore the Board when you are ready to share progress.
Does Creator’s Deck publish videos for me?
No. Creator’s Deck helps you plan and track your work. You create and publish your content through the platforms you use.
What can I organize in the planner?
Plan daily content tasks, choose task colors, rearrange your list, edit entries, and move tasks to another date. Your calendar can include samples due, campaigns, promotions, product launches, and custom events.
Can I track work across different platforms?
Yes. Set posting goals for supported platforms and track your daily activity in one place. Your goal is a planning tool, so choose a pace that fits your workload.
Does my planner save automatically?
Planner changes save automatically while you are connected. Allow the save to complete before closing the page. If your connection drops, reconnect and confirm that your latest changes are present.
What happens to unfinished tasks?
Unfinished earlier planner tasks can appear in today’s carry-over section. Review them, mark completed work, or move an entry to a date that better fits your plan.
Can I track income from more than one source?
Yes. Record earnings under sources such as TikTok Shop, Amazon, Facebook, Mavely, and Trybe, or add another source. Review your records across daily, weekly, monthly, and annual views.
Does TikTok earnings or showcase syncing work yet?
Automatic TikTok Shop authorization, showcase syncing, and affiliate order or commission imports are not currently implemented. These features depend on the required platform approvals and development. Planning and manual earnings tracking work independently of those integrations.
Does Creator’s Deck handle payouts or taxes?
No. Creator’s Deck records the earnings information you provide; it does not issue affiliate payouts, file taxes, or replace a platform’s official statements. Check your records against the original source when reconciling income.
How do products fit into my workflow?
Keep product information alongside your content planning so you can organize what you intend to feature. Product organization does not mean that a retailer or affiliate account is automatically connected.
How does the Community forum work?
Open Community to ask questions, get content feedback, discuss products and campaigns, or share strategies and lessons. Filter by topic and platform, search discussions, and sort by Hot, New, Top, or Unanswered. Replies are threaded and can be collapsed. Upvote or downvote posts and replies, save useful discussions, or share a sign-in-protected discussion link. Create a Board profile to contribute.
Can I mark a question answered?
Yes. The author of a question can accept a reply as the answer and unmark it later. Accepted replies appear first. Votes reflect community opinion and do not guarantee accuracy or results.
How do I report or block someone in the forum?
Use the contribution menu to submit a private report or block the creator. Reports are recorded for operator review; they do not automatically remove content or send external notifications. Blocking hides community content between the two accounts. You can edit or delete your own contributions. Deleted text is removed while empty placeholders keep other creators’ replies connected.
Where did My circle move?
Open Community, then My circle. Your existing membership, invite codes, shared challenge progress, daily cards, and conversations remain available there. The Board keeps daily activity, creator discovery, rankings, and badges.
What is the Board?
The Board is a space to share daily effort and progress with fellow creators. Post a daily share card, cheer on others, leave comments, and celebrate milestones together.
Is my private planner automatically shared?
No. Your planner is private to your account. Community posts and shared cards make the profile and activity you choose to share visible to the relevant app audience. Review your card and sharing settings before posting.
Can I connect with other creators?
Community features include comments, circles, and direct messages. Circle members and message recipients can see what you send them, so share only information you are comfortable making available to those people.
Does the community guarantee results?
No. The community supports accountability and encouragement. Content reach, sales, and income depend on many factors, and Creator’s Deck does not guarantee earnings or business outcomes.
Can I use Creator’s Deck on my phone and computer?
Yes. Open the app in a supported web browser and sign in with the same Google account. Saved account information belongs to that account; some appearance and setup preferences may also be stored on your device.
How can I export my planner or delete my account?
Open Settings & help to download a planner backup or permanently delete your account. Account deletion removes active account data and shared content, and can also remove direct conversations and circles you own. Read the privacy notice for the full scope and backup-retention limitations.
What should I do if Google sign-in does not finish?
Try again using the same Google account you normally use for Creator’s Deck. If the issue continues, contact support with the page address and the error message. Never send passwords, recovery codes, or sign-in verification codes.
How is my information used?
Your information is used to operate your workspace, save entries, support community features, and deliver enabled reminders. Creator’s Deck does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. The privacy notice explains providers, sharing, retention, and your choices.
Is Creator’s Deck an official TikTok product?
No. Creator’s Deck is independently operated by Creator’s Deck, LLC. It is not owned or operated by TikTok. Any future integration requires the appropriate platform authorization.
How do I contact support?
Email mjpeyton25@gmail.com for app help, account questions, or privacy requests. Describe what you were trying to do and include the exact error message if there is one. Remove private information from screenshots before sending them.
